Hi Tony,

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for our trip to the Holy Land on May 6-15th. The experience was amazing, and the trip could not have been better put together. I would especially like to mention how good our tour guide, Soufian was. His knowledge and ability to relate the history of the area was really impressive. He was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. He is a real asset to your organization.

Our bus driving Ramzy was also very enjoyable. His driving skills were really quite good. I was amazed at how well he was a drove, especially in many tight spots.

My father had some mobility issues during the trip (he is 86), and Soufian was great at improvising rides, or carts, or other means that made things easier on my Dad. I very much appreciate everything he did, and the fact that your company allows him the flexibility to do that. It made the trip stress free, and much more enjoyable.

Thanks again for the trip of a lifetime.

To say our pilgrimage was a success is a vast understatement.  All of us had the time of our lives.  It was truly remarkable.  Good Shepherd provided everything we could have possibly wanted.  Our guide, Rami, was incredible in every sense of the word.  Knowledgeable, fun, patient, faithful-- he truly made the trip for us.  The accommodations, the food, the VIP touches all made the trip extraordinary.

I'm really interested in taking a group back next year, if possible.  I have to get the final ok from my wife but I already have many folks expressing an interest.  Are there dates available?  How many do you need to make a group?

We can discuss when it's convenient. 

But I'm profoundly grateful to you and your team for providing the trip of a lifetime.  I look forward to working with you more in the future!

Good Morning,

I am not able to get on Facebook, Google, etc. to give my comments.  This was my first trip out of the United States, and it was the most pleasant experience I had. The bus driver and tour guide were beyond excellent.  I would recommend your travel agency to anyone, and would not hesitate one minute to use your travel agency again.  You are very well deserving of the 5-star rating that I gave you.

Tony, a special thanks to you, whom always responded immediately to any questions and/or concerns I expressed. You responded it seemed, regardless of where or what you were currently involved in. I personally had first time traveler abroad anxiety, but it was quickly controlled and relieved thanks to your helpful responses. I just want to thank you personally for being such a great representative of Goodshepherd Travel; I hope to be a repeat customer soon.
